At RamRods Archery, we stand behind our precision-engineered stabilizers and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all weights, dampeners, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to RamRods

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
